Tactics (21)

There is one sentence by Fischer that is quoted very often: "Tactics flow from a positionally superior game." [1] This is easy to understand because a superior position also means that the enemy's pieces are misplaced - and this gives the opportunity for forkes and so on. At least this is my interpretation.
In the diagram below from the game Beliavsky - Brondum (Copenhagen 2002) you see a superior position. White to move has all pieces actively placed and it's just a question of time that he breaks through. Or am I too fast and the attack is not yet strong enough? What do you think?
